摘要 目的:研究经肠补充谷氨酰胺(Glu)对创伤大鼠免疫组织细胞抗氧化能力的影响。方法:采用闭合性创伤大鼠模型,通过肠外补充或不补充Glu两种方式进行对比实验,观察伤后血浆、脾脏、肠系膜淋巴结和腹腔巨噬细胞内Glu含量、以及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:创伤后Glu组血浆、以及脾脏、肠系膜淋巴结和腹腔巨噬细胞内Glu含量明显高于Non-Glu组;伤后GSH水平两组均有明显下降,但Non-Glu组下降程度明显大于Glu组;伤后MDA含量两组均有明显增加,但Non-Glu组增加程度明显大于Glu组。结论:经肠补充Glu有助于维护伤后血浆和免疫组织细胞内GSH水平,增强其抗氧化损伤能力。 AIM:To investigate the effect of glutamine(Gle)-supplemented diet on the antioxidant capacity of immune tissues and cells in traumatized rats. METHODS:Rats inflicted with closed trauma were randomized to two groups(Glu group and Non-Glu group), fed enterally with or without glutamine supplementation. The dynamic changes of glutamine, reducedglutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels in plasma, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN) and peritoneal macrophages were measured. RESULTS:The glutamine levels in plama, spleen, MLN and macrophages are much higher in the Glu group than in the Non-Glu group after trauma. The GSH level decreased and the MDA level increased significantly after trauma in both groups. However, the depression of GSH level and the increased of MDA level were milder in the Glu group than in the Non-Glu group. CONCLUSION:In traumatized rats, enteral glutamine administration was helpful to preserve GSH levels in plasma and immune tissues and cells, enhance tissue antioxidant capacity, lessen damage effect of lipid superoxidation on immune system.
