摘要 目的为了提高生产现场数据采集的安全性和稳定性,解决采集设备的同步和传输过程中的数据丢失问题.方法将系统服务技术与消息队列技术相结合应用于生产现场数据采集系统,使用消息队列技术在客户端和服务器间传递数据,通过基于系统服务技术的服务器端数据处理程序从消息队列中取出数据.结果分析两种技术在数据采集系统中应用过程,研究联合应用的要点,设计了基于系统服务技术与消息队列技术的C/S架构数据采集系统.结论在保证数据处理程序连续稳定运行的前提下,降低系统资源消耗,有效提高生产现场数据采集的安全性和稳定性,解决数据丢失和采集设备不同步的问题. In order to improve the safety and stability of production field data collection, solve the asynchronous problem of collection equipment and data missing in transfer process, the system service technology combined with message queuing technology is applied to production field data collection system. The message queuing technology is used to transfer data between clients and server, and the data can be read from message queuing through server data process based on system service technology. The application process of the two technologies mentioned before in data collection system is analyzed and the key problem of the union application is studied. The C/S constructed production field data collection system based on system service and message queuing technology is designed. The results show that on the premise of keeping the data process program running continuously and stably, the system resources consumption is reduced, the safety and stability of production field data collection is improved effectively and the data missing problem and collection equipment asynchronous problem are solved.
