摘要 目的为使座椅设计更加科学、规范,研究人体坐姿的生理特点和生理尺度,为座椅设计提供科学合理的尺寸参考依据.方法运用人体测量学、数理统计学及人机工程学,通过对沈阳地区高校大学生群体进行相关尺寸测量及数据统计分析,并结合座椅设计的特点,确定其主要尺寸的人体依据.结果分析总结了人体坐姿生理尺寸与座椅设计中主要尺寸间的关系;通过SPSS统计分析,建立了人体坐姿各项尺寸与身高的比例关系式.结论测量并统计分析了身高和人体坐姿各项尺寸的均值、标准差及P5、P50、P95等7个百分位数值;得出了10项人体坐姿尺寸与身高的比例关系式,为座椅设计提供了科学的人体尺寸依据. In this paper, in order to make chair design more scientific and standardized, human characteristics and physical scale were studied to provide scientific and reasonable size reference for the chair design. We identified the main dimensions seat basis through the measurement of body sizes on Shenyang higher education students and statistics based on the use of anthropometry, mathematical statistics and ergonomics. On one hand, we concluded the relationship between the physical size of the human body posture and the chair main dimensions. On the other hand, we established a proportional relationship between height and sitting sizes by SPSS statistical analysis. We listed the height and body sitting sizes results including the mean value, standard deviation and percentile values of P1, P5, P10, P50, P90, P95 and P99. Finally, 10 relational expressions between height and sitting sizes were obtained, which provided a scientific basis for the chair design.
