摘要
采用三步缩合反应工艺,将乙烯砜型活性基引入双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类增白剂的分子结构中,合成了具有反应性的荧光增白剂RFB,并将其应用于纯棉织物的增白处理。结果表明,反应型荧光增白剂RFB在纤维素纤维上具有类似活性染料的上染和反应机理,适用于浸渍法工艺和浸轧-湿蒸工艺,增白处理后的织物具有良好的白度且耐水洗性良好。
In this paper,the vinyl sulfone reactive group was introduced into bistriazinyl amino stilbene brighteners,and then,the reactive fluorescent brightener RFB was synthesized by three-step condensation reaction.It's application to whitening treatment of cotton fabric was carried out.The results showed that the dyeing mechanism of the prepared reactive fluorescent brightener with cellulose fibers was similar to that of reactive dyes.The fluorescent brightener RFB was suitable for exhausting process and padding-wet steaming process,and the treated fabrics had good whiteness and durable to washing.
