摘要
目的:建立测定雷尼替丁血药浓度的方法。方法:采用系数倍率法。结果:能不经分离直接消除血浆的背景干扰。平均回收率为99.08%,在0.1~10μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9999)。结论:方法简便、快速、经济、重复性好。适用于临床、特别是基层医疗单位的血药浓度检测和药动学研究。
OBJECTIVE:A K ratio spectrophotometry method was developed for the determination of Ranitidine in plasma.METHODS:The results showed that this method could eliminate the interference of plasma itself.RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.08% .The linear range was 0.1 ~10 μg·ml -1 r = 0.999 9 ,and detection limit was 0.1 μg·ml -1 .CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
