摘要
目的探讨多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法通过对我院2006年3月至2008年10月收治的功能性消化不良患者30例(实验组),随机选择以往治疗功能性消化不良患者30例(对照组)临床资料,并进行疗效比较。结果本组治疗中实验组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,患者满意度高,副作用少。
Objective To research in to the clinical treatment effects of Domeridone on functional dyspepsia.Methods Collect clinical data of 30 functional dyspepsia cases treated by our hospital in March 2006 to October 2008（experiment group）and randomly select the clinical data of another 30 cases of functional dyspepsia treated in the past（comparison group）,and compare the treatment effects.Results In the treatment of this experiment group,the gross effective rate is 96.67%,which is obviously higher than that of the comparison group.P0.05.Conclusion The treatment effects of Domperidone on functional dyspepsia are distinct,the patient satisfaction is high and the side effects are very few.
