摘要
目的探讨插管溶栓治疗脑静脉窦血栓形成的效果。方法 5例确诊为脑静脉窦血栓形成患者在微导丝导引下行静脉内插管溶栓和机械性碎栓,术后予以抗凝、抗血小板治疗,定期复查凝血功能,分析疗效,并回顾相关文献。结果治疗后静脉窦完全或部分再通,脑循环时间接近正常,颅内压转为正常,不遗留神经功能障碍,临床症状显著缓解。术后随访3个月、半年、1年,复查MRI、MRV显示静脉窦通畅,通畅率达100%,未出现血栓复发。结论介入方法治疗脑静脉窦血栓形成效果显著,与文献报道结论一致,是一种较安全的治疗途径。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of the interventional thrombolysis method to cure cerebral sinus thromsis.Methods 5 cases were diagnosed as cerebral venous sinus thrombosis and treated by micro-guide wire-guided intubation for intravenous thrombolysis and smashing the embolus mechanically.They were treated postoperative by anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and reviewed regularly of coagulation.Results Venous sinus repassed completely or partly after those treatment,cerebral circulation time returned to nearly normal level and intracranial pressure became normal.There were no any neurological dysfunctions and clinical symptoms relieved significantly.Those patients were followed up after three months,six months and one year.MRI and MRV demonstrated the sinus smoothness and the patency rate was 100%.There were no thrombosis recurrence.Conclusion Interventional treatment to cerebral venous sinus thrombosis achieves significant results as report,and is a relatively safe therapeutic approach.
