提高靖安油田注水系统效率技术研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 靖安油田注水系统运行已超过10年,随着油田配注量不断增加,注水系统暴露出局部管网压损过大,注水站系统压力上升,回流量大等诸多问题,导致系统效率下降,能耗上升,生产成本增加。通过2009年对靖安油田部分站点注水系统效率详测可知,注水系统效率平均值为40.19%,远低于《油田地面工程设计节能技术规范》SY/T 6420-1999规定指标49%,注水单耗过高(0.73kW·h/m^3 MPa)。此外,油田注水是"能耗大户",其用电量占油田开发总用电量的30%,因此,开展油田注水系统节能改造潜力巨大,同时也符合国家关于企业节能减排要求。 Jing'an oilfield injection system has more than 10 years, the oil fields with increasing fluence, the local pipe network exposed the water injection system pressure loss is too large, water injection station system pressure rise, many problems in returning large, resulting in decreased efficiency of the system, energy consumption and production costs increase. Jing'an oilfield by 2009, part of the injection site, known for surveying the efficiency of the system, water system, an average of 40.19 percent efficiency, far below the "oil field design, energy saving technical specifications"SY / T 6420-1999 specified target 49%, single injection consumption is too high (0.73kW·h/m^3MPa). In addition, water injection is a "big energy" , The consumption of electricity by oil field development 30% of the total electricity consumption, therefore, to carry out energy-saving water injection system has great potential, but also in line with national energy-saving emission reduction requirements on business.
