摘要
针对辽宁省人防工程建设实际情况,归纳人防工程建设中存在的普遍性问题,并加以分析阐述,提出了加强对人防工程建设单位、施工单位、监理单位的教育和监管,保证人防工程质量应采取的相关措施和方法。
According to the civil air defence works construction situation of Liaoning Province,the article sums up the general issues existing in civil air defence works construction and gives analysis of illustration.To strengthen the supervising of the civil air defence works construction enterprises and supervisory organi-zation and to assure the quality of civil air defence works,it also provides measures and methods which should be adopted relating to the issues.
