摘要
分析了成渝铁路运输现状及其存在的主要问题,提出了扩能改造的若干方案,论述了建设成都至重庆通道的必要性及其修建时机和实施步骤。
With the analyses of the present conditions of Chengdu - Chongqing railway transportation and the main problems existed, some options of capacity expansion are outlined for the purpose. The necessity, opportunity of constructing the passage of Chengdu -Chongqing railway and steps of implementation are discussed as well.
