摘要
当前,高校毕业生就业面临较为严峻的形势,有关大学生就业方面的研究逐渐被关注,针对大学生就业指导方面的研究更是受到专家学者的重视,拟重点对大学生就业指导工作中的全程化、专业化、个性化、市场化等研究领域进行述评,希望能为广大研究人员提供有益的参考。
Currently,new college graduates are having difficulties finding a job,whose employment and relevant studies are gaining increasing attention. In particular,studies about employment guidance targeting college graduates are catching more attention than ever. The paper discussed different focuses of these studies including the study of the full process,of specialization,and of personalization in the hope of offering some reference to researchers.
