摘要
文章通过对LED封装形态及配光特性的分析,揭示了传统直插式LED户外显示屏存在的两大缺陷的产生机理,并从近年来LED芯片光效的大幅提升以及器件封装技术的不断突破两方面,探讨户外LED显示屏未来的发展趋势。
This paper makes analysis on the relation of the packaging style of LEDs and its light distribution characteristics.It reveals the root cause of the two main defects of outdoor displays made of traditional through-hole LEDs.It views into and pays attention to the greatly enhanced light efficiency of LEDs and the steadily improvement on the packaging technology.It tries to tell the development trend of outdoor LED displays.
