摘要
通过数值计算,说明重视饼形大锻件锻造余量及其标准对节材降耗具有显著的意义。分析研究了饼形大锻件锻造余量及其标准的进展,提出了改进设计饼形大锻件锻造余量及其标准的方法,还给出了饼形大锻件锻造余量参数化方法及最小二乘法的实例。
By calculation,it is stated in this paper that studying the tolerance and its standard of heavy disk forg-ings is very important for saving material and energy.The evolution and development of the tolerance and its standard of heavy disk forgings are studied,the improvement methods of the tolerance and its standard of heavy disk forgings are proposed and the methods of formulating the tolerance with examples by method of least squares are given.
