摘要
目的探讨老年患者经尿道前列腺气化电切术(transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate,TUVP)的合理麻醉处理。方法回顾性分析34例患老年性前列腺增生症的患者进行麻醉前评估,在连续硬膜外麻醉下行TUVP,术中观察麻醉效果和病情变化。结果 34例患者麻醉效果满意,无1例发生严重并发症。结论连续硬膜外麻醉用于老年患者TUVP安全可靠。
Objective To analysis the anaesthetic methods in transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate for elderly patients.Methods To retrospective analysis the experiences of epidural block anaesthesia in the transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate for 34 elderly cases of hyperplasia of prostate.Results All cases passed the peri-anaesthesia safely and satisfactorily,and no serious complication was found.Conclusion Continuous epidural block anaesthesia is a safe and effective method for the old in transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate.
