摘要
基于西安市新城区数据,运用LQ分析、产业职能强度分析和AHP模型,对新城区现有产业的区位商、产业竞争力和产业职能强度进行了对比分析。认为制造业和包含住宿餐饮的大商贸业是新城区当前和今后重点培育的优势产业;金融业是一个重要产业,但不具有优势产业的功能;建筑业的LQ值和竞争力不明显,但它的职能强度很高,在吸纳劳动力、创造和谐社会方面具有明显的优势,因此新城区对建筑业的发展还应采取相应的扶持政策。
Based on the data of Xincheng district in Xi＇an,combined with the Analysis of LQ,Urban Functional Strength,AHP Model,the article analyses the location quotient,the industrial competitiveness and the industrial functional strength of existing industries of Xincheng district in Xi＇an.It puts forward that the manufacturing industry and the business industry containing the accommodation and catering industry should be Xincheng＇s advantageous industries in current and future.;Financial industry is an important industry;however,it doesn＇t have the function of advantage compared with other districts;Though the LQ values and competitiveness of the construction industry is not obvious,it has the high intensity of industrial function and advantage in labor absorption and creating a harmonious society,Xincheng government should take supporting policies to promote the development of the construction industry.
