摘要
由于存在非在位企业的潜在进入压力,在位的垄断和竞争企业进行技术创新的动力并不存在显著性差异。验证了我国工业行业的细分行业技术创新效率,结果表明:首先,在那些绝对市场集中度较高的行业,技术进步程度高于技术创新效率提高幅度;其次,在那些企业规模差异较大的行业,技术进步程度和技术创新效率提高幅度都较大;最后,在那些绝对市场集中度和企业规模差异都比较高的行业,两种技术创新效率都比较低。
Not all the technology innovations are carried out by incumbents of the industry, potential challengers outside the industry could also enter the market through autonomous innovation or purchasing patents. Monopoly enterprises and competitors both are faced with the threat of being taken place by the challengers. They have some innovation stimulation and pressure to sustain incumbent position when challengers could enter the industry freely. This paper calculates the absolute industrial concentration and enterprise scale discrepancy of 36 Chinese secondary industries, which is divided into four types, and technology innovation efficiency is evaluated with Data Envelope Analysis (DEA). The conclusion indicates that, 1. The performance of TECHch is better than that of EFFch in the industries which have higher absolute concentration. 2. All technology innovation efficiency indexes are excellent in the industries which have lower absolute concentration and higher enterprise scale discrepancy. 3. All technology innovation efficiency indexes are unsatisfying in the industries which have lower absolute concentration and lower enterprise scale discrepancy.
