不同方法治疗早期牙隐裂的疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨早期牙隐裂治疗的有效方法。方法将90颗隐裂牙随机分为3组。A组采用调磨加充填法治疗,B组采用调磨加充填法,并定期复查调磨,C组采用烤瓷全冠修复。3种方法治疗后每半年复查1次,连续观察2 a,对临床疗效进行比较。结果 3组隐裂牙2 a复查时的成功率分别为47%,70%和83%,每2组之间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论烤瓷全冠修复治疗早期牙隐裂,可以减少牙髓炎和牙折裂的发生,是一种较好的牙隐裂早期治疗的方法 。
