摘要
服务创新是服务业发展的动力,也是企业增强自身竞争力的重要途径。在回顾服务创新研究的基础上,对现有的标准化、顾客化、模块化三种服务创新生产方式进行了阐述,通过对标准化、顾客化、模块化三种方式之间的内在联系进行介绍,为服务企业选择适合本企业发展的生产方式提供了理论基础。
The creativity is important for enterprises to improve competitiveness, as well as a driving force for the develop- ment of service industry. Based on the study of service creativity, the writer elaborated three creative ways of production at present: standardization, customerlization and normalization. He also respectively introduced the inter-connection between the three ways, which provided a theoretical basis for service enterprises to choose the suitable way to develop themselves.
