摘要
敏捷制造是以先进的生产技术和生产方式为前提,来实现企业的敏捷性生产。通过对数字化的生产车间、智能化的管理软件、数字化的产品结构和工厂的网络化等先进的理念的组合来实现敏捷制造,使得敏捷制造能够得以应用和发展,并就如何实现敏捷制造,以及在实施敏捷制造过程中遇到的问题该如何解决来展开讨论。
The agile manufacture take the advanced production technology and the production method as a premise,and realizes enterprise＇s agile production.This article to the digitized production workshop,the intellectualized management software,the digitized product mix and the factory network and the advanced idea has carried on the simple introduction,and establishes the enterprise foundation of the digital plant modelin these advanced idea,realizes the agile manufacture by this combination,enables it to be able to apply and to develop,how does this article also to realize the agile manufacture,as well as the question which meets in the implemented process of agile manufacture should how to solve and launch the correlation discussion.
