摘要
一方面分析了泡沫铝阻尼塞的减振降噪机理,建立了泡沫铝阻尼塞的减振降噪特性理论模型,并根据模型和泡沫铝材料特点对泡沫铝阻尼塞的减振降噪机理进行了理论分析;另一方面,利用自制的实验设备对泡沫铝阻尼塞的减振降噪特性进行了试验研究。理论分析和试验研究结果均表明:泡沫铝齿轮阻尼塞的减振降噪效果明显优于传统中常用的铸铁阻尼塞。
This paper researches on the mechanism of reduction of vibration and noise with gear damping -plug, and math modal of gear system is set up. The properties of reduction in vibration and noise of foamed aluminum damping-plug is studied by the math modal and properties of foamed aluminum in theory. In the other hand, itis studied by the experimental device made by ourselves. Both results indicate thatthe effect of foamed aluminum damping-plug in gearing obviously precedes traditional cast iron dampingplug.
