摘要
通过研究硬件PLC的原理,采用全软件的方法开发软PLC系统,实现硬件PLC的功能,并应用于开放式数控系统。减少了硬件投入,使系统具有更好的兼容性,并且提高了系统的可靠性。
In this paper,the principle of the hardware PLC was studied,and the soft PLC system was implemented with all-software method to achieve the fuction of the hardware PLC and applied in open -NC system. Some experimental results showthatthe proposed method can reduce the costs on the hardware equipment as well as promise better compatibility to the system which can improve the reliability of the system remarkably.
