摘要
目的为了特异、敏感和方便地检测产毒性大肠杆菌（ＥＴＥＣ）的ＣＦＡⅠ和ＣＦＡⅡ。方法和结果我们用ＣＦＡⅠ或ＣＦＡⅡ阳性ＥＴＥＣ株免疫的兔抗血清所纯化的抗体，建立了检测ＣＦＡⅠ和ＣＦＡⅡ的ＥＬＩＳＡ试验方法，并且探索了简便的标本处理方法。结论本法特异、敏感、简单易行，适合于临床实验室和流行病学调查应用。
Objective To develop a simple, rapid and easy method for determining the expression of colonization factor antigens Iand II (CFA I and CFA II ) ofenterotoxigenic Escherichia colt (ETEC) Method and Result By using anti- CFA I serum and antiCFA II, serum of immune rabbits, a enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed. Conclusion The ELISA is aspecific, sensitive, simple and easy to use method, which is suitallle for to clinic laboratory and opidemiological trial.
