摘要
探讨正常人外周血单个核细胞的增殖活性和凋亡水平。用流式细胞计数（Ｆｌｏｗｃｙｔｏｍｅｔｒｙ，ＦＣＭ）对８０例正常人外周血单个核细胞进行了Ｓ期细胞比率（Ｓ－ｐｈａｓｅｆｒａｃｔｉｏｎ，ＳＰＦ）、增殖指数（Ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｏｎｉｎｄｅｘ，ＰＩ）和细胞凋亡（Ａｐｏｐｔｏｓｉｓ，Ａｐｏ）水平检测。结果正常人外周血单个核细胞的ＳＰＦ为０．３８％±０．３３％，ＰＩ为０．９２％±０．８４％，Ａｐｏ为０．２５％±０．２１％。其Ｇ０／Ｇ１峰变异系数（Ｃｏｅｆｉｃｉｅｎｔｏｆｖａｒｉａｔｉｏｎ，ＣＶ）为３．００％±０．５３％。随受检者年龄增长，其ＳＰＦ、ＰＩ和Ａｐｏ均呈逐渐增高的变化，并呈良好的正相关。其相关系数分别为０．８３３、０．９９０８、０．９６３７，ｒ＞ｒ０．０１。本文８０例正常人的外周血细胞的ＳＰＦ、ＰＩ、Ａｐｏ值可作为流式分析实验室人体细胞增殖活性和凋亡水平的参考值。
To study proliferous activation and apoptosis level on peripheral blood monocytes(PBM)in heath persons.S-phase fraction(SPF),proliferation index(PI),apoptosis(APO),coefficient of vatiation( CV )in PBM were measured on samples from 80 health persons with flow cytometry.SPF,PI,APO, CV in PBM of 80 normal persons were 0 38%±0 33%,0 92%±0 84%,0 25%±0 21%,3 00%±0 53%,respectively.The SPF,the PI,the APO in PBM were gradually raised with the age in normal persons.It showed significantly positive correlation ( r =0 833,0 9908,0 9637, r>r 0 01 ,respectively).The results can be regarded as normal value of the peripheral blood mononuclear in flow cytometry.
