摘要
基于不同高度试件的劈裂抗拉试验结果,研究了离心成型中速阶段离心时间和离心加速度、骨料级配、钢纤维长度、钢纤维体积率等因素对钢纤维混凝土劈裂抗拉强度尺寸效应的影响.通过对比分析,提出了以高度为150 mm的试件为标准的劈裂抗拉强度尺寸效应换算系数,可供实际应用参考.
Based on the splitting-tensile test results of specimens with different depth,the size effect of splitting-tensile strength of spun-cast steel fiber reinforced concrete was studied considering the factors,such as the spun-cast time and acceleration during middle speed stage,the size grades of coarse aggregate,the length and volume fraction of steel fiber.By the comparison analysis,the size conversion coefficients of splitting-tensile strength are proposed taking the depth of 150 mm as the standard size.These can provide some references for application.
