星形细胞瘤中核因子kB与热休克蛋白的关系

摘要 核因子kB与热休克蛋白70均是蛋白质,前者活化后进入细胞核调节相关基因表达,后者是机体在某些应激状态下才合成以维持细胞功能。本文采用免疫组织化学SP法对40例星形细胞瘤标本进行分析,分别计算核因子kB与热休克蛋白70的核阳性率,并进行相关分析,发现热休克蛋白70的核阳性率随核因子kB核阳性率的变化而变化,二者呈正相关关系。 Objective:To detect whether there are some relationship between the activity of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kB)and the expresion of heat shock protein 70(HSP70).Methods:40 formalin fixed astrocytoma specimen were examined by immunohistochemistry SP methods with anti-P65 and anti-HSP70.Results:The positive nuclear staining of NF-kB/P65 ranges from 10% to 80% wile that of HSP70 ranges from 15% to 100%,the correlation coefficient was 0 79.Conclusion:There is some quantitative correlation between NF-kB and HSP70.
