摘要
Z 36井是河南油田白秋地区N33断块的一口大斜度评价井,该井的H2Ⅲ10小层录井综合解释油层特征明显,但由于测井资料没有油层特征,在甲方组织的完井讨论会上没有确定为油层进行试油。而对相邻断块的N79井进行复查证实,该井H2Ⅲ12-3小层为油层,试采成为当时河南油田产量最高(44 t/d)的井层。以此为启示,针对Z 36井H2Ⅲ10小层录井综合解释与测井相矛盾情况,应用不同井相同层位类比、单井不同层位类比以及结合新建立且完善的图板进行二次解释,并参考断层封堵性方面的影响因素,在老井复查中确认该井H2Ⅲ10小层为油层,经试油证实,产纯油13.4 t/d。Z 36井的复查实践表明,充分分析不同区块的石油地质特征,发挥不同录井技术方法的优势,做好横、纵向对比分析,可确保老井复查的成功率。
Well Z 36 is a high-angle appraisal well on fault block N 33 in Baiqiu area,the H2 Ⅲ10 zone of the well has apparent features of oil zone according to the comprehensive mud logging interpretation,but as there is no features of oil zones by wire line logging,so no determination for the oil test of the zone has been settled at the well completion meeting organized by the oil company.While the reexamination for the adjacent Well N 79 verified that the H2 Ⅲ12-3 zone of the well was oil zone,which was the highest yield(44 t/d) during production test at the moment in Henan Oilfield.Take this as enlightenment,in accordance with the contradiction between the interpretation of comprehensive mud logging and wire logging for the H2 Ⅲ10 zone of Well Z 36,it was determined that the H2 Ⅲ10 zone was an oil zone during the reexamination for the old wells by correlation for the same horizons of different wells and for different horizons of the same well and by combining with new established chart to carry out second interpretation and referencing the influencing factors in sealing of the fault block.It was verified by oil testing that the well produced 13.4 t/d of pure oil.The practice of the reexamination for Well Z 36 showed that the successful rate of the reexamination for the old wells can be ensured by fully analyzing the petroleum geology features in different area,bringing the advantages of different mud logging methods into full play and making better comparative analysis for both horizontal and vertical directions.
