Construction Techniques for Suspending Large-Volume Caps

摘要 西部湘渝山区地形复杂,场地险恶,诸多高速桥梁不可避免的需穿越沟谷、悬崖峭壁,大体积悬空承台的施工越来越普遍。以干溪沟2号特大桥为例,介绍了在湘渝山区桥梁大体积悬空承台施工中采用在桩身预埋钢牛腿,然后安装型钢支架后再浇筑混凝土承台的施工工艺,为类似工程提供施工参考。 The mountainous regions of Hunan and Chongqing in the west are geographically complex and geologically dangerous,owing to which quite a few bridges for high-speed transportation normally have to cross wide rivers and deep valleys,and go through steep cliffs,as a result of which the construction of suspending large-volume caps are becoming commoner and commoner.With the No.2 Ganxigou Mega Bridge as a practical example,introduced in the paper is the construction of the suspending large-volume concrete caps of bridges in the mountainous regions of Hunan and Chongqing,in the course of which steel brackets are pre-laid in the piles,to which shape steel supports are attached.After the shape steel supports are fixed,the concrete of the caps can be poured.It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
