齐拉西酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的 比较齐拉西酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响。方法将220例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各110例，分别口服齐拉西酮与氯氮平治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗第2周、4周、6周、8周末监测两组心电图的变化，并进行对比分析。结果治疗后齐拉西酮组与氯氮平组心电图改变发生率分别为19．1％和47．2％，齐拉西酮组显著低于氯氮平组（X^2=19．7，P〈0．01）；两组患者均以窦性心动过速和T波改变多见。结论齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响显著低于氯氮平，安全性较高。
