摘要 实验研究了泡沫酸的起泡性能,泡沫酸、泡沫酸基液、土酸与石英砂反应的溶蚀量,以及对N80钢的腐蚀量,并分析了泡沫特征值和温度对溶蚀量的影响。结果表明,泡沫酸的溶蚀量明显小于土酸的溶蚀量,且泡沫特征值越大反应速度越慢,温度越高反应速度越快;泡沫酸化具有很好的缓蚀作用,能够实现油井深部酸化。泡沫酸对N80钢的腐蚀速度明显低于土酸,但略大于允许值,在现场应用时应加入少量的缓蚀剂,以达到酸化标准的要求。 The foaming ability of foamed acid, and the corrosion value of foamed acid, base fluid, mud acid and quartz sand were analyzed. The corrosion weight loss of N80 steel and the effects of foam quality and temperature on corrosion were also researched. The results show that corrosion of foamed acid is much less than mud acid. The lower foam quality, the higher temperature and faster reaction is. Foamed acid has good corrosion resistant, which can realize deep acidizing for oil wells. The corrosion rate of foamed acid to N80 steel is lower than mud acid, but a little higher than the permissible value. When site application, some anti-corrosive agent should be added to reach acidizing criterion.
