摘要
对１１例行心肌激光血运重建术（ＴＭＬＲ）的冠心病患者在术前、术后６个月和１２个月进行正电子发射断层扫描（ＰＥＴ）心肌灌注和代谢显像分析。结果显示，打孔区的心肌灌注和代谢状态明显改善；心内膜区和心外膜区心肌灌注比术前明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），负荷试验显示这种变化更为显著（Ｐ＜０．００１），结论：ＴＭＬＲ能提高心肌灌注，改善心功能，挽救心肌梗塞区尚存活的心肌。
Analysis the myocardial perfusion and metablism state of 11 patients with coronary artery disease by positron emission tomography (PET)before transmyocardial laser revascalizpion(TMLR) and 6 and 12 months after the operation. Results showed that the myocardial perfusion and metablism state in the lasered segments was improved obviously and the ratio of subendocardial to subepicardial perfusion was increased obviously after TMLR(P<0 01).The results state TMLR can raise the cardiac perfusion and improve the function of hearts of the patients with coronary artery disease,TMLR is one of effective treatmentl measures for terminal coronary artery disease.
