摘要
通过分析叶丝膨胀干燥过程,寻找影响叶丝填充值的关键工艺参数,再通过试验设计,找出最优参数组合,以提高膨胀干燥过程填充值。结果表明:获得最佳填充值(4.4 cm3/g)的最优参数组合为WQ39热风温度65℃、WQ39引射蒸汽流量200 kg/h、SH94松散蒸汽流量890 kg/h、SH94回风蒸汽流量0 kg/h。
The parameters in the desiccation-expansion process were optimized to increase the filling value of cut tobacco.The results showed that the optimum filling value was 4.4 cm3/g,when the parameters were as follow：WQ39 hot blast temperature 65 ℃,WQ39 ejecting steam flow 200 kg/h,SH94 loose steam flow 890 kg/h,and SH94 return air steam flow 0 kg/h.
