摘要
以经济收敛的增长回归法基本分析框架为基础,对西部地区1952-2007年经济增长的敛散性进行了研究。通过结构变量和虚拟变量的引入,分析了影响西部地区经济收敛性的因素。结论显示:西部地区并不存在明显的经济增长β收敛特性。改革开放和西部大开发实施后,经济的发散性增强。因此,政府在制定政策时,应考虑到政策的侧重性和推行的同步性,推动西部地区形成合理经济增长速度下的收敛条件。
Based on the basic growth regression analysis of economic convergence, the paper aims to study the convergence and divergence of economic growth in the western regions from 1952 to 2007. By inputting structural and virtual variables it analyzes the factors influencing economic convergence of the western regions. The result presents no obvious β-convergence of economic growth in these areas. With the reform and opening up and the western development economic divergence is steadily increased. Therefore, the government needs to take policy focus and synchronization into consideration in making policies and to bring about convergence condition of economic growth at reasonable speed in the western regions.
