摘要
以大庆减压渣油和鲁宁管输减压渣油为原料,将其各自分离成饱和烃、轻芳烃、重芳烃、软胶质、硬胶质和沥青质6个族组分,以恒温盐浴的方法测试了各族组分在400~460℃下和5~90min内热裂解反应的产物分布;用简单的热裂解反应动力学模型对实验结果进行了关联,求取了热裂解反应模型的动力学参数。
The Daqing and Guanshu vacuum residues(VR) were separated into six fractions instead of customary four fractions.The six fractions of Daqing and Guanshu called saturates,light and heavy aromatics,light and heavy resins and asphltene were thermally cracked at 400,420,440 and 460℃ respectively for reaction times up to 90 min.Gas,naphtha,middle fraction,coke and VR yields were measured during conversion.A simplified kinetic model consisting of five lumps was set up for thermal cracking of these fractions.The kinetic parameters of five lumps model were calculated for each fractions of Daqing and Guanshu.The model result of each fraction of Daqing and Guanshu VR fitted the experimental results well.
