摘要
目的:探讨心血管内科重症监护室存在的问题及改善方法。方法:选取186例心血管内科重症监护室的患者,对其临床资料及护理中存在的问题进行回顾性分析。结果:心血管内科重症监护室的问题表现在病房及仪器等环境的影响、护理人员对患者重视不足、患者对疾病认识不足等方面。在实际工作中要改善病室环境,提高护理人员的责任感,加强对患者的护理。结论:医护人员加强自身责任感,坚持以"患者为中心"的护理原则,可提高护理的整体水平,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore CCU problems and improvement.Methods： Selected 186 medicine intensive care unit patients.reviewed their clinical information and care problems.Results Cardiology Intensive Care Unit of the problems expressed in the environmental impact such as unit and equipment,inadequate attention to nursing staff to patients,Lack of knowledge on the disease in patients.In the work to improve the ward environment,enhance the sense of responsibility nurses to enhance patient care.Conclusion Enhance the sense of responsibility,Adhere to the ＂patient-centered＂ care principles,Can increase the overall level of care, promote patient recovery.
