摘要
目的:分析珠海市斗门区麻疹疫情动态和监测系统运行情况,为加强麻疹的防治工作提供依据。方法:分析斗门区2005年～2009年麻疹监测系统上报的麻疹疫情年报表、查漏补种报告和免疫接种报告。结果:珠海市斗门区2005年～2009年麻疹监测系统灵敏,麻疹发病以婴幼儿和青壮年为主,流动人口发病率较高。结论:由于漏种、免疫失败等原因,麻疹发病率逐年上升,应进一步加强流动儿童的规范化免疫接种。
Objective To analyze the dynamic of measles and monitoring system operation condition and to provide basis to control measles. Methods To analyze epidemic situation of measles annual report,inspect leakage replant report and immunization report.Rusults The measles monitoring system of Doumen area of Zhuhai city during 2005～2009 was sensitive.Infant and young adults were the main people infected measles.The incidence of floating population was higher.Conclution Because missing seed,immunity failure etc,the incidence of measles increased year by year.We should further strengthen normative immunization to floating children.
