摘要
目的:主要分析鼻(面)罩无创呼吸机在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的积极作用,希望在今后的治疗中能取得广泛的运用。方法:任意抽取61例接受常规治疗却没有良好效果的呼吸衰竭患者,并对这61例患者进行无创通气治疗,使用美国生产的伟康无创呼吸机,2次/d,2～4h/次,治疗3d,3d后观察动脉血气情况,并做出结论。结果:大部分的患者心率、呼吸频率、血气指标都有明显的改善,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:无创呼吸机通气辅助治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭有绝对的疗效。
Objective The main analysis of nasal （facial） mask non-invasive ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） with type Ⅱ respiratory failure,the positive role of hope in the future treatment of a wide range of application can be made.Methods A random selection of 61 patients received conventional therapy without missing the good effects of respiratory failure,and the 61 patients were non-invasive ventilation,using U.S.production of Wei Kang noninvasive ventilator,2 times/d,2～4 h/time,treatment 3 d,3 d after the observation of arterial blood gases,and to make conclusions.Results Most patients with heart rate,respiratory rate,blood gas analysis were improved,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The non-invasive ventilator adjuvant treatment of respiratory failure COPD with type Ⅱ absolute efficacy.
