摘要
介绍了拥有连续重整专利技术的UOP和IFP两家公司的重整反应器的结构特征、制造加工难点和预加氢反应器选材、列管式立式换热器大型化现状以及这些设备的国产化情况。设计单位与设备制造单位和用户密切合作,顺利地完成了重整扇形筒和列管式立式换热器的设计与加工;开发了专用加工设备和特殊的加工工艺,解决了反应器开口接管的整体翻边对接补强难题;在安装过程中确保了反应器壳体椭圆度与中心管的垂直度。在连续重整装置关键设备的国产化道路上前进了一大步,并取得了一定的经济效益。
The configurational characteristics of the reforming reactor, its difficulties in manufacturing, materials selection for the prehydrogeneration reactor and large scaling-up vertical shell and tube exchanger in UOP and IFP, the licensors of catalytic reforming process with catalyst continuous regeneration, were introduced. In addition, the domestic production situation was presented. Both design and manufacturing of the sectorial drum of the reforming reactor as well as the shell and tube exchanger were successfully accomplished with the collaboration of engineering institute, manufacturer and client. Particular equipment and technologies for manufacturing were developed. Difficulties in entirely revering, butting and strengthening of slotted tubes in reactor were solved. The ellipticity of the reactor shell and the perpendicularity of the central tube during installation were guaranteed, striking a large step in domestic production of key equipment of the reformer and achieving certain economic benefits.
