摘要
目的观察在时间医学模式下足三里穴位注射新斯的明对直肠癌Miles术后肛门排气时间的影响。方法将120例直肠癌术后患者随机分为2组。2组均予术后常规治疗。治疗组60例于术后的13:00和5:00分别在双侧足三里注射新斯的明0.5mL,对照组60例不予特殊治疗,观察并记录2组肛门排气时间。结果治疗组术后肛门排气时间为(45.05±8.64)h,对照组肛门排气时间为(74.65±16.32)h,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组肛门排气时间短于对照组。结论足三里穴位注射新斯的明可有效缩短肛门排气时间,促进胃肠功能的恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation in rectal cancer after Miles operation treated by injection of Zusanli point neostigmine under time medicine mode. Methods 120 rectal cancer patients after Miles operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Beside routine therapy in two groups, experimental group were treated by injection of Zusanli neostigmine at 13：00 and 5：00. The time of passage of gas by anus were recorded in two groups. Results The time of passage of gas by anus in experimental group （45.05 ± 8.64） h was shorter than that in control group （74.65± 16.32） h, （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Injection of Zusanli therapy can efficiently improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function, and short the time of passage of gas by anus.
