摘要
目的:观察炙甘草汤合桃红四物汤加味治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法:收集医院近两年来门诊的冠心病室性早搏病人90例,随机分为治疗组50例服用炙甘草汤和桃红四物汤加味治疗,对照组40例服用美心律治疗;观察治疗前后心电图、动态心电图、血尿便Rt及肝肾功的变化。结果:两组疗效比较P<0.05。结论:炙甘草汤合桃红四物汤加味治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效显著,无副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Radix Glycyrrhizae Decoction combined with modified Peach Seed and Safflower Decoction of Four Drugs on Ventricular Premature Beat due to coronary heart disease. Method：To collect 90 cases with coronary heart disease and ventricular premature beat from our patient in recent two years,then randomly divide into experimental group and control group. There are 50 cases in experimental group which are treated with Radix Glycyrrhizae Decoction combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction and the others（40 cases）in control group are treated with Mexiletine tablets. To observe and compare all cases＇ electrocardiograms,dynamic electrocardiograms and liver and renal function,and test their blood Rt in hematuria and hemafecia. Result：To compare therapeutic effect of the two groups：P0.05. Conclution：Radix Glycyrrhizae Decoction combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction have evident therapeutic effect on Ventricular Premature Beat due to coronary heart disease,no side-effect and is worth to be widely used in clinical medicine.
