摘要
炼油工业已成为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一，技术发展已具有相当水平，但与国际先进水平相比，尚存在一定差距。为进一步满足市场对石油产品的需求，提高竞争能力，应不断推进科技进步，突出自己的核心技术，加强关键设备和大型化设备等工程技术的开发与研究。
China’s oil refining industry,which has become one of the important pillars of the national economy,has been developed to a fairly high level.However,compared with the international advance level,we still find we fall short.To meet the market requirement for oil products and to increase competitiveness,we should continuously push the progress of science and technology,highlight our own core technology,and strenthen the research and development of the engineering technique for major and/or large scaled equipment.
