摘要
湿荷电池是在干荷电池基础上提出的一种较为简便的工艺方法。经试验和首批生产使用证明:电池质量具有可靠性和使用性。为提高负极防氧性能,在原树群组浸Na2SO4溶液的基础上,又采用了负极配方中加入定量的防氧剂。两者并用后,电池贮存性能明显提高。湿荷电池制造与子荷电池相比,具有占地面积少、生产周期短、能耗低和降低流程废品之优点。
Wet-charged battery was a more convenient process than dry charged battery. lt was tested that the wet -charged battery was reliable and workable during the production and service. In order to prevent the oxidization of the negative plates, the anti-oxidant was added into the formulation of the negative plates on the bases of immerging them into the solvent of Na2SO4. The retention of energy was largely imProved after the process.There were many good features for wet-charged battery such as small installation area, short period of production, low energy cost and waste.
