摘要
区域旅游合作不仅带来了区域空间的整合,而且也引发了区域管治的重构。经历30年的利益博弈和沟通磨合,长三角区域旅游合作己经取得了实质性的进展,同时也存在着诸多区域管治的困境。文章基于区域旅游合作发展脉络的梳理与分析,揭示区域旅游合作与管治的内在关系,认为多层次管治是长三角区域旅游合作和协调发展的重要机制。
Regional tourism cooperation has brought not only the integration of regional space,but also led to the reconstruction of regional governance.With 30 years of interests gaming and communication adjustments,the regional tourism cooperation in Yangtze River Delta has made substantial progress,but also there are many regional governance difficulties.Based on carding and analyzing regional tourism cooperation and development context,the paper reveals the intrinsic relationship between the regional tourism cooperation and governance,and considers that the multi-level governance is an important mechanism of regional tourism cooperation and coordinated development in Yangtze River Delta.
