摘要
文章在深入分析上海信息服务业发展结构现状的基础上,对上海信息服务业发展的内部条件与外部环境作了详细分析,提出加快上海信息服务业新一轮发展的策略,包括放宽市场准入,完善信息服务业的市场机制和竞争机制;创建长三角信息服务业协作网;加快信息服务业政策和法规建设,推进行业自律等。
This paper firstly analyzes the current structural situation of the development of Shanghai information service industry.Then it analyzes detailedly the internal condition and external environment of Shanghai information service industry.Finally,it puts forward a new round of development strategies of Shanghai information service industry,such as relaxing restrictions on market access,improving the market and competition mechanisms of information services;building a collaborative net of information service in Yangtze River Delta;speeding up the policies and regulations construction of information service industry,promoting self-discipline in information service industry.
