摘要
简要介绍ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境下串行通信的实现方法，并指出在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境下，串行通信实现的过程和关键技术。
Based on WINDOWS, realization of serial communication is briefly introduced, the realization process and key technology of serial communication are pointed out also.
