摘要
目的观察真人养脏汤治疗小儿秋季性腹泻的疗效。方法将48例秋季腹泻的患儿采用随机分组,治疗组25例给予真人养脏汤治疗;对照组23例给予蒙脱石治疗。比较两组治疗有效率及相关症状改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为92%和73.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者食欲不振、腹痛、腹胀等伴随症状的改善程度明显优于对照组。结论真人养脏汤治疗可以有效治疗小儿秋季性腹泻的疗效腹泻,值得进一步临床推广。
Objective Reatment of life-support dirty observe the autumn of diarrhea in children. Methods 48 patients with diarrhea in children autumn A randomized,25 patients treated for life-support dirty Decoction; the control group of 23 patients treated for montmorillonite. The efficiency of treatment were compared and related improvement of symptoms. Results Treatment group and control group were 92% effective and 73. 9% ,the treatment group than the control group （ P lt; 0. 05）. Treatment group,loss of appetite,abdominal pain,bloating and other symptoms associated with the degree of improvement than the control group. Conclusion Treatment of life-support can effectively treat dirty autumn of diarrhea in children diarrhea,should be further popularized.
