摘要
探讨了液化石油气汽车罐车部分结构改进设计的方法与效果。利用减小简体壁厚提高罐车的容重比;选择合理V型支座高度提高罐车的稳定性;合理引出压力表接管提高罐车使用的安全性。
The methods and the effects of some structure design improvement about liquified petroleum oil gas cargo tank in high way were discussed in detail.It was shown that the weight rotio of liquid to the tank was increased from 1.46 to 1.64 by decreasing the shell's thickness from 14 to 12 mm for diameter of 2 000 mm,the stability of cargo tank was amplified by selecting the 35 mm height of the straddle model V and the safety was ensured by decreasing holling on the tank such as drilling a hole on gas out flange instead of on the tank for the nozzle of gas pressure meter.
