用现场动平衡技术使8000kW同步电动机正常投入运行

摘要 首钢新建制氧厂的8000kW同步电机振动很大。经多方维修,包括在动平衡机上对电机转子作动平衡处理,都未能使电机振幅降低。笔者用自行开发研制的TH9310便携式振动测量与分析仪现场监测,发现电机起动后,不仅振幅不稳,还精确测出与转速同频振动的相位也缓慢变化,多达180°以上。用现场平衡技术,据热态数据,一次配重,就使电机振幅显著降低,并且将发散型变化转化成收敛趋势。 A 8000kW synchronous motor of a new oxygen generation factory of the Capital Steel and IronCo. vibrated violently, although lots of maintenance, including dynamc balance for the metor rotor on thedynamic balancing machine had heen made, the amplitude was not reduced. By using TH9310 portable vibration measuring and analyzing instrument, made by himself to measure the notor vibration, the authorfound that the amplitude was not stable and the phase of a certain frequency was changing slowly withinthe range of 180° or mere after the motor was initiated. Using the technology of site balancing, and according to the data of the thermal steady state of the vibration, the author made the amplitude reduced notablyafter adding a balancing weight at first time, and changed the tendency of the change ho divergence toconvergence;
