摘要
目的了解我军医学院校培养研究生过程中应注意的问题。方法采用问卷法,随机调查7所军队医院对其研究生的满意度及258名具有研究生学历的医护技人员近5年发表论文、承担课题和获奖情况及其对军校研究生培养各环节的满意度。结果医院对研究生总体满意度较高,但对其科研创新能力的满意度略低。具有研究生学历的医护技人员发表论文、承担课题、获得奖励较多,但高质量、高级别的不多。结论进一步加强研究生创新、科研等能力的培养;全面提升研究生培养各环节质量。
Objective To find out the problems in cultivating military medical graduate students.MethodsQuestionnaires were used to investigate randomly in seven military hospitals,to know if they were satisfied with the graduate students.And 258 physicians,nurses and technicians with the corresponding diplomas were surveyed about the circs of the papers published,tasks assumed and encouragements gained in recent 5 years.Their comments on cultivating graduate students were also inquired.Results The hospitals were highly satisfied with the graduate students except for the abilities of research and innovation.The papers published,tasks assumed and encouragements gained of those graduate students were many,but high qualities and levels ones were a little.The students were not fully satisfied with logistics ensuring levels of military academies.Conclusions The abilities of scientific research and innovation should be more enhanced and all sides of cultivating graduate students be boosted.
