摘要
分析了改进方案的斯科特平衡变压器中性点接地条件及三相输入阻抗平衡条件，提出了设计这种变压器的绕组阻抗关系理论，讨论了这种变压器实施的绕组布置方案。
The earthing conditions for improved Scott balance transformer's neutral point and the balance conditions for its three-phase input impedances are all analysed. The principle is presented with regard to the designing of the winding-impedances relationship of this transformer. And the winding arrangement scheme is discussed.
