摘要
分析了红外傅里叶变换光谱仪产生干涉调制度失调的原因,随后提出了自动校准算法,自动校准算法包括粗调,细调,精调三个闭环处理环节。利用两维步进电机进行搜索红外傅里叶变换光谱仪干涉调制度最大位置。实验结果表明该自动校准算法能够自动校准红外傅里叶变换光谱仪失调。
The misalignment causes of modulation depth in the Infrared Fourier Transform Spectrometer(IFTS) is analyzed.Then,an automatic adjustment algorithm(AAS)is presented accordingly.The AAS includes three steps:coarse adjustment,precise adjustment and high precise adjustment.The maximum modulation is searched by two step motors in two dimensions.The experimental results show that this AAS is able to adjust the modulation misalignment in the IFTS automatically.
